So What?

What would it mean if there were a system that could track the progress of solution the way a game of chess is documented. As with chess, Sudoku uses a great deal of Logic. Each Step in the 'Strategy' can be documented and, thereby provide a record of that particular set of discoveries. How would that affect the Sudoku dialog? Welcome to Modus Fortis: Sudoku Logic, Sudoku Reason. Not just a new strategy; an entirely new way to 'seeing' Sudoku; an entirely new approach to resolving any and all Sudoku and record at every Discovery, the details necessary to reach the given Discovery. No more innuendo, no more lapse of Logic; no more subterfuge. "Just the facts, m'am, just the facts."
Each logical step can be represented in symbolic form and that form allows for a dialog, of sorts; in which one asks a question and the Sudoku Matrix responds with an answer. These logical steps and the symbols that follow lead to a sort of language; not unlike computer languages, that allow for the recording of lines of thought or, more susccinctly: statements which represent answers to the questions posed.
As an example, we may ask: "What is the distribution of the 2-Digit in the Top Band?" A reasonable response is that the 2 is constrained to Cells 7 or 9 of the first Box: Box A or, simply XA." This can be represented as, simply: A79=2. If we call the 'command' as 'Scan on the Digit 2.', then we can express this symbolically as S2: So the entire expression would be:
S2: A79=2
This would be the first entry into a Log of the 'Solution'.
If this sounds interesting, then become part of the discussion.
